With the way the IT market is today, with limited opportunities in some fields and a lot of candidates applying, some companies do not treat their candidates with respect or courtesy.

The service I received from Real was fantastic, I was kept informed throughout the whole process, normally you have to chase up companies to find out what is going on but this is not the case in dealing with Real. They find you a job that is challenging not one that you can do with your eyes closed.
